Benefits of Saying the Dua: SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi, SubhanAllahil azeem, 100x During the Day
A few words loved by Allah, light on the tongue, yet heavy on the scales:
100x: SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi, SubhanAllahil azeem.
Abu Huraira (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
“Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi one hundred times a day will be forgiven all his sins (minor), even if they are as much as the foam of the sea.” (Bukhari)
Jaabir (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
“Whoever says SubhanAllahi’l-‘azeem wa bihamdihi (Glory and praise be to Allah, the Almighty), a palm tree 🌴 will be planted for him in Paradise.” (Tirmidhi, 3464; classified as sahih by Al-Albani in Silsilah al-Saheehah, Hadith no. 64)
Saying it, has a another special function:
He who says it - his sins are blocked / erased that day.
The Virtue of Saying Tasbeeh One Hundred Times Daily:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“Is anyone among you unable to earn one thousand hasanahs [good deeds] every day?”
One of those sitting with him asked:
“How can any of us earn one thousand hasanahs?”
He replied:
“By saying tasbeeh one hundred times [tasbeeh = phrases glorifying Allah]; one thousand hasanahs will be recorded for him, or one thousand sins will be erased from his record.”
In another narration:
“One thousand hasanahs will be recorded for him, or one thousand bad deeds will be erased from his record.”
Al-Qaari explained in Mirqaat al-Mafaateeh (4/1594):
“Because one good deed brings a tenfold reward, and this is the minimum multiplication promised in the Qur’an, as stated in the verses (interpretation of the meaning).”
Extended Dua:
3x: Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi.
Meaning:
"Allah is free from imperfection, and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the weight of His Throne, and equal to the ink that may be used in recording His words."

- More weighty than an entire morning of worship.
- Equivalent to 6 hours of dhikr.

„Kto povie SubhanAllahi’l-‘azeem wa bihamdihi (Sláva a chvála patrí Allahovi, Všemohúcemu), bude mu zasadená palma v raji.“ (Tirmidhi, 3464; klasifikované ako sahih Al-Albánim v Silsilah al-Saheehah, Hadís č. 64)
